‘Emerging’, my collaborative album of decayed modular synth and tape ambience with my good friend Ian Hawgood is out today on Hidden Vibes.

Wil Bolton and Ian Hawgood’s latest collaboration was sourced and developed utilising modular synths recorded onto cassette and reels. A more decayed and electronic sound than their highly celebrated debut ‘Transparencies’ on Home Normal in 2017, ‘Emerging’ marks the beginning of a new series of collaborations between the pair of ambient-electronic stalwarts.
